Aura Garrido Sanchez a Spanish film and television actress. She appeared in films such as Stockholm as well as the TV show El Ministerio Del Tiempo. Garrido born in Madrid 1989, is a painter and composer. Tomas Garrido, her father, is an orchestra conductor and composer, while Pilar Sanchez paints. When she was in her fourth grade, she began taking lessons in piano and soon after that, ballet. As a child, she was blessed with a friend who spoke English. Her high-school studies over and she attended Real Escuela Superior DE Arte Dramatico located in Madrid. In the school, she learned interpreter for three years, specialising in textual translation. However, she left in 2010 when she got the role of Planes para manana. The role she played in the film was rewarded with a Silver Biznaga and nominations for Goya Awards, including the best new actress.
